A converged hotel PBX for limited-service chains, boutique hotels and full-service properties. GA100-H brings guest-room telephony, wake-up calls, IVR, recording, fax and hotel service interfaces into one 1U or 2U platform.
Capacity, FXO/FXS mix and AI/PMS integration depend on the selected model and property design.
Fanvil GA100-H is a hotel phone PBX designed for quick-service chains, boutique hotels and mid-to-high-end full-service hotels. It integrates hotel voice calling, automatic wake-up, voice navigation, call recording and fax into one communication platform.
The system is built for hotel operations: guest-room extensions, front-desk consoles, back-office phones, broadcast and room-service features share the same PBX. A Web management console and open API connect the PBX to mainstream PMS systems for extension status, billing and guest-information linkage.
GA100-H also reserves interfaces for AI applications, including AI console, AI voice quality inspection and AI real-time interpretation. The compact 1U/2U hardware and modular port design reduce deployment and maintenance effort for hotel projects.
Start with a GA100-H-MUC host sized to the property, then add expansion modules as room count grows—without replacing the core system.
A 1U or 2U host with integrated FXO trunks, FXS extension ports, IMS service port and local recording.
Add 48/64/80/96 FXS ports per 1U module and cascade through the network or SFP fiber to reach larger properties.
Connect the PBX to hotel PMS, AI applications, SIP/IMS trunks and management systems through open interfaces.
GA100-H-MUC-96 is a 1U host with 96 analog channels; GA100-H-MUC-192 is a 2U host with 192 channels. Expansion modules provide FXS-only capacity and cannot operate without a host.
Give the front desk, guest rooms and back office one coordinated voice platform, with the hotel features guests and staff use every day.
Schedule guest wake-up calls from the front desk or hotel system; the PBX handles the call automatically.
Build custom multilingual IVR menus and auto-attendant flows for reservations, front desk and guest services.
Support minibar, alarm, room cleaning, extension permission and do-not-disturb workflows from the hotel interface.
Ring groups, group pickup and three-way conference help front desk and back-office teams handle guest requests faster.
Deliver automatic or scheduled voice broadcasts to guest rooms and public areas with high-definition audio.
Record calls locally, support fax over analog lines and keep CDR records for hotel operations and audits.
GA100-H reserves native interfaces for AI applications and hotel management systems, so the phone system can participate in guest service workflows instead of standing alone.
GA100-H combines a compact 1U/2U chassis, modular analog ports and redundant network options. Front-desk and IT teams get the interfaces they need for daily hotel operations.
Choose a 1U or 2U host based on room count and FXS capacity. Add FXS-only expansion modules for larger hotels, resorts and chains.
