A high-end enterprise IP phone with a 4.3-inch main screen, two 3.5-inch DSS displays and up to 106 programmable keys. Designed for executives, receptionists and supervisors who manage multiple lines, BLF keys and video calls from one desk.
Screen configuration, key layout and accessory support depend on the selected firmware and regional model.
X210 is a high-end enterprise IP phone built around a three-screen workspace. The 4.3-inch main display handles calls, contacts and menus, while two 3.5-inch DSS displays show programmable keys, BLF states and speed-dial entries.
With three pages of 32 DSS keys plus 10 main-screen keys, X210 supports up to 106 programmable keys. Executives, receptionists and supervisors can keep lines, teams and frequently called contacts visible without switching menus.
The phone also supports 20 SIP lines, six-way conferencing, H.264 video calls, HD audio, Bluetooth 4.2, a Wi-Fi dongle option, dual Gigabit ports and PoE. It fits SIP IP PBX, softswitch and IMS environments.
X210 splits the information across a main screen and two dedicated DSS displays, so busy users do not have to page through menus to find a line or teammate.

HD handset and speaker with G.722/Opus, AEC, VAD, CNG, BNE, NR, AGC and packet-loss concealment.
Connect a Bluetooth headset, add a Wi-Fi dongle through USB, or use EHS with compatible wireless headsets.
Two Gigabit Ethernet ports support network bridging and PoE, reducing desk cabling and power adapters.
X210 supports standard provisioning, security and management protocols used by enterprise SIP platforms and IT teams.
Deploy with FTP/TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS, DHCP Option 66, SIP PnP or TR-069.
SIP TLS, SRTP, 802.1x, L2TP/OpenVPN, AES128/256 and HTTPS protect signaling and media.
